Before building Impact Labs, I spent six years in equity trading at Morgan Stanley and UBS — managing high-stakes decisions, institutional relationships, and capital under pressure. I left to build my own ventures, raising >$700K across multiple Kickstarter campaigns, appearing on Dragons' Den, and scaling brands from zero to profitability. That combination — financial rigor and founder execution — shapes how we work. Every strategy ties to revenue. Every campaign has a thesis. Every dollar is treated like an investment, not an expense.
